César Mascorro, Jr is the founder of Manufactured Home Sales Mastery. César spent almost 14 years on the retail side of manufactured home sales both in independent and corporate locations. In that time, he has worked every role in the business from Housing Consultant, to Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and General Manager. With that experience, he has seen what works and what doesn't work.

César has always wanted to do more to improve the overall customer experience and he always came to the same conclusion...WE NEED TO IMPROVE OUR SALES CONSULTANT'S KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS, AND HELP THEM DEFINE THEIR PURPOSE! That will make a huge impact in improving the customer experience.

That is why in April of 2023, he left his role as GM for Titan Factory Direct in San Antonio, Texas and started Manufactured Home Sales Mastery. Our mission is to help as many families across the country become homeowners all the while having an enhanced buying experience. We do that by providing retailers, communities, sales teams and consultants the knowledge and skills needed to carry out the ultimate customer buying experience.
